Easy Homemade Chipotle Peppers
Homemade Chipotle Peppers are so easy to make! If you have ripe red jalapenos and a smoker at home, you're pretty much ready to go! Chipotles are heavily used in Mexican cooking, and add a wonderful smoky flavor with just a touch of heat to any dish. If you like deep complex flavors and have some red jalapenos laying around, this recipe is so easy it's a must try.
In this recipe / how to, I walk y'all through how to make chipotle peppers at home by simply using a smoker along with a little time and patience. After walking through the steps, we then discuss how I like to use chipotles in my cooking, as well as what some other uses people have for them. Ripe Red Jalapenos (as many as you can fit on your smoker)

Dehydrator (optional)
Oven (optional)
Wire Rack or Vegetable Grilling Pan (Optional)
