Easy 4 Ingredient Bread:
3 cups flour
1/2 tbsp salt
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water (105 F)
Shrimp Chipotle Pasta:
2 chipotles
4 oz cream cheese
4 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp minced garlic (or one garlic clove)
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup pasta water
Shrimp (season to taste or 1 tsp cumin, paprika, & chili powder)
Dried parsley to sprinkle on top
Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies:
2 cups of strawberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp flour (to coat strawberries)
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 oz cream cheese (half a block)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
6 oz white chocolate chips
