In the future, an old household robot named Xiao Hua was heartlessly abandoned at a junkyard by her previous owner on a rainy day, losing her memory in the process. Later, on another rainy day, Jingichiro found her and took her home, naming her "Xiao Hua." Together with her new owner Jingichiro, Xiao Hua spent a joyful last summer. Eventually, due to a malfunction, Xiao Hua completely broke down. Jingichiro then transformed her core into a music box, carrying the memories of the summer they shared and fulfilling Xiao Hua's wish to always stay by Mr. Jingichiro's side.
