This difference isn’t as clear in English!

“虽然” means: although
“即使” means: even if

These two phrases may seem similar, but they carry very different meanings! 🤔

“虽然我有钱” means “Although I have money,” implying that you actually do have the money. 💰


“即使我有钱” means “Even if I had money,” implying that you don’t have the money. ❌


So, if you say “即使我有钱也不会买,” you’re saying “I wouldn’t buy it even if I had the money”—a big difference!
