A CPU ahead of its time: The Pentium Pro
I was on the lookout of Socket 8 and Pentium Pro systems for quite some time. Just a few weeks ago, I finally found a useable VS440FX board and a Pentium Pro 180. A few weeks later, I got two additional boards with 200 MHz models. The board we are looking at today has bent pins on one of the Intel chips, but nothing that can't be fixed! After successfully fixing this board, we are going to install Windows NT 4.0 on a Western Digital Caviar 11000.
