Playing arcade games on Linux using Advance Mame:
Super Street Fighter II
This game should be one of the most known 2D fighting game ever.
Because it brought all the elements needed for a successful game.
It purely was the best 2d fighting game of its generation, and serves later on as a model for the 2d fighting genre.
By the way, in most country; the game was sold in a bundle with the Super Nintendo. Most people I've known then owned a copy of street fighter 2.
