Tella is going as the Queen of Hearts for Book Character Day! In this video, she makes a ruffle collar out of a deck of hearts as part of her costume. Watch to learn how easy and quick it is to make this effective costume piece! And of course, she shows off the complete costume at the end, and even does a quick fashion show with her sister Ria, who is dressed up as the Rainbow Fish.
