Mother and Daughter Have Roux En Y Bariatric Surgery at Denver Health (:15)
Apryl Hallberg and her daughter Sabrina Leach came to the Denver Health Bariatric Surgery Center for roux en y gastric bypass surgeries. They had their surgeries within two weeks of each other and lost more than a hundred pounds each. For this mother and daughter, going through weight-loss surgery together made the process easier.
Sabrina said she would not have been able to wear her wedding dress without the surgery. Apryl credits the surgery with a major lifestyle change, saying she is now 150 percent healthier.
