How to create a Server in Unturned - Tutorial - Unturned 3.13.1.0
Today i'm Gonna show you how to host / make a server on unturned 3.0! This is a simple guide how to do that. You will need hamachi :)

Name [Server Name]
Sets the server name
Port [Port Number]
Sets the port number
Password [Password]
Sets the password
MaxPlayers [Player Amount]
Sets the maximum amount of players allowed to join
Map [Level Name]
Sets the map: Can only be launched from Commands.dat
Mode [Normal or Gold]
Sets who can join: Normal or Gold
Time [Time Number]
Sets time: times are like Minecraft: 800-Day 14000-Night
Tickrate [Tick Number]
Sets tickrate: kinda like random tick speed in Minecraft
Kick [SteamID or Player Name]/[Reason]
Kicks a player
Ban [SteamID or Player Name]/[Reason]/[Time]
Bans a player (Time is in seconds)
Unban [SteamID or Player Name]
Unbans a player
Bans
Shows all players who are banned
Admin [SteamID or Player Name]
Makes a player an admin
Unadmin [SteamID or Player Name]
UNMakes a player an admin
Admins
shows all players who are admins
Permit [SteamID]/[Tag]
Whitelist add
Unpermit [SteamID]
Whitelist remove
Permits
Shows all players with permits
Clients
Shows all players who are on server and if they have gold or are an admin
Players
Shows all players who have joined and if they are banned, whitelisted, or an admin
Kill [SteamID or Player Name]
Kills a player
Give [SteamID or Player Name]/[ItemID]/[Amount]
Gives player an item
Debug
Shows information about the server
Shutdown
Saves progress and closes the server
