A very risky issue in Excel where, in a list of dates, Excel seems to recognize some and not others, typically when one of the numbers switches from 12 to 13. The big risk here is that Excel is using the wrong format and so BOTH the recognized and unrecognized dates are wrong. most people work only on the unrecognized dates and don't realize that the other dates have switched the month and day around.
