After more than 20 years, and because it's 22nd anniversary is very close, I decided to give the PC version GTA Vice City the attention that it deserves. While I did a similar video before, I thought it would a great idea to do a fresh update and mentioning new mods while expanding the explanation of the previous ones, without removing anything, to make the showcase more inclusive as possible.
