In this video, I will show you how to make a fillable pdf form without Acrobat which is very expensive. You will learn how to create a fillable pdf form for free using open-source free software that you can download and install within 5 minutes and is a well-reputed software and creating a form is very easy and user-friendly. Fillable pdf form has many applications. I will show you two example forms. One is the admission for an online course and the second is an educational resource where you provide space to your students where they can write their answers.
This example form contains all the commonly used form fields. These include text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, a drop-down list, and a multi-line text field.
We use checkboxes in a fillable pdf form to give someone the ability to select multiple options.
