Students may see an error when the setting to 'block concurrent logins' is enabled fora Moodle quiz and a student connects to the quiz from another computer, device, or browser. This video demonstrates how a teacher can allow the student to continue their quiz attempt by clicking the link in the 'Review attempt' page for the student.
