The one where Summit or Nothing saw TOM CRUISE filming his own stunts for Mission Impossible 7 ovwr the skies of the Lake District.
We're back in the Lakes, hiking and wild camping in the UK Mountains of the Lake District. This first outing takes place at Butteremere Edge; an awesome (but misty) mountain ridge walk which they tackle after a mountainside camp at Bleaberry Tarn.
They are both in their budget lightweight tents, Nath in the Lanshan 2 4 Season, Trev in his nifty single skin one man tent the Naturehike Vik 1, both of which get a bit of a wind and rain test, too. We also have a look at What Gear we packed for Lake District wild camping,
This route takes the lads across Buttermere Ridge via Bleaberry Tarn and Sourmilk Gill, over Red Pike, High Stile, High Crag, Grey Crag and Seat with fantastic views throughout. Oh, and did we just see Tom Cruise doing his own stunts for the new mission impossible movie?
