In the next part of our Daz to Blender Workflow, we are looking at how we bring our FaceGen Shape and textures into Daz Studio.

Generally, we will insert a Genesis 8.x character and change the head shape to the character we just exported. I would then recommend applying the textures of a Daz Studio character that is similar to the one that you are trying to replicate. This is because the FaceGen textures do not include normal maps and other maps except for the Diffuse maps.

For surfaces, you will go to each body applicable body part and select the corresponding texture for that part.

From there, you can use the Diffeomorphic Daz Importer plugin to export your character to import into Blender 3D.
