► Boris Johnson has admitted misleading MPs over lockdown parties in Downing Street - but insisted he didn't do so intentionally or recklessly.
In a so called defence dossier released today, the former PM instead blamed advisers, including Dominic Cummings, and also criticised Parliament's inquiry.
Tomorrow, Mr Johnson will be questioned by a committee of MPs.
