The numbers don’t look good for Junior engineers.

Junior engineers with no prior experience, are competing with other junior engineers who have a little bit of experience, but both types of junior engineers are also competing with SDE2 Level intermediate engineers who have a couple years of experience and are not considered junior, but are still not good enough to be considered senior yet.

And there are a lot more intermediate developers than there are junior engineers or senior engineers.

No, a Boot Camp won’t help you. It will actually make your resume get thrown out faster.
