I feel like all I've done is quest up to this point and, despite my best efforts, I still have so much content to unlock via questing. Nevertheless, I plan to take it one day at a time and chip away at the remaining quest log. This week I take on Monkey Madness 1 where I make many crucial errors that nearly cost me my hardcore status. Despite this, KinTheRed weathers the storm and comes out victorious by taking short breaks to collect her thoughts after a rattling incident.
Unlocking the Dragon Scimitar is a big upgrade from the Rune Scimitar and will assist us in training melee during our Slayer grind. This fact alone makes the prerequisite grind worth the time and effort. Several obstacles lay in our way but I am determined to complete our mid-game gear set before time gets the best of me.
I can't let my other goals fall to the wayside, no matter what I'm pursuing, so I dedicated time to Crafting, Slayer, Mining, and Smithing to ensure I'm progressing in a way that produces a well-rounded account.
