The most scenic location Taobat bala is the last village of Azad Kashmir Pakistan. The road is a bit dangerous and thrilling. The place is amazingly beautiful, it is filled with mesmerizing breath taking views with huge mountains, different beautiful trees and flowers, clean river and rocks. we initiated our ride from Kel and it took us around 4 hours to reach the destination. It is located 200 kilometers from Muzaffarabad and 39 kilometers from Kel. It is the last station in Neelam valley. It is also the nearest location from where Neelam River enters Pakistani territory and becomes River Neelum
