02: System Locale Windows 7
This is the most crucial step.
If you have Windows Vista, it will be quite similar.
Windows Xp is slightly different and a bit more complicated. I haven't made a video for it. Please let me know if you get stuck with installing on Xp.
NOTE:
The system locale must remain as Arabic for Shamela to work. Sometimes, this may cause problems when installing new programs/drivers with the installation process showing in Arabic. If this occurs, do this:
1: Reverse the step in this video changing system locale back to "English UK".
2: Restart PC and install program/driver.
3: To use Shamila again, redo the step in the video.
