If you're visiting Oahu, there are a few things you should absolutely eat.
Poke (especially ALL YOU CAN EAT POKE!), shave ice, musubi, loco moco, malasadas and more.
While you can get these items in LA, you can fill your adventure in Hawaii with as many of these as possible because you'll miss them when you get back home.
We also wanted to maximize our time since we've been to the island multiple times, mainly to revisit our favorite places but also to find places with less lines.
