A plea to the underchargers
If you are paid just as much as a regular employee, gross, at a company, get a job don’t start a business. Stop freelancing, now! Why put your family’s wellbeing at risk?
While you were getting the last dose of Facebook, YouTube and Reddit for the day, on company money, something was cooking.
This is for the underchargers and for the “Yes Sir”s.
Time to (Wo)Man up, know your worth and ask for fair compensation.
Being able to live 20% cheaper than “the rest” shouldn’t be the segway to you getting paid 60% less.
