This is the new 2022 NordicTrack Fusion CST Studio Strength and Cardio machine. In this review I'll show you around this workout machine and who it's for, who it isn't for, and show you the maximum resistance, how it works, and the classes offered by iFit.
I've had the NordicTrack Fusion CST Studio in my home for over a month now testing and playing with it and I like this workout machine. It has 6 cable ends with 8 pulleys and it's a really convenient way to get a cardio + strength workout in at home. I find myself popping over to it to bang out quick 5-10 minute workouts using the pulley systems regularly throughout the week.
If your goal is FATLOSS and FULL BODY STRENGTH I'd recommend this machine, but I would not recommend this for someone seeking muscle size growth from traditional bodybuilding workouts.
This machine seems similar to the Tonal workout machine, but it's totally different. The resistance system is completely different eliminating the eccentric portion of the resistance.
