Agreement between the Willits Chamber of Commerce and the City for the Allocation of
Transient Occupancy Tax. The said benchmarks consist of the following: (a) Increase
membership by 10-percent; (b) Develop a reporting system to track promotional and
marketing efforts; and (3)

Willits Community Television Inc. is a non-profit Public, Educational, and Governmental access video provider in Willits (The Gateway to The Redwoods), in Mendocino County, Northern California. Willits Community Television (WCTV) is based in the Old Carnegie Library in Willits California
We help local residents express their free speech by allowing access to our local Comcast cable lineup with three channels dedicated to displaying video provided by individuals and organizations in our area.
Channels available on Comcast in Willits, on Channel 3, 64 & 65. But we also have over 800 videos online between our own Youtube/Vimeo channels, or those of our producers.
