The Root of all Evil !!
This rootball had been dumped in a layby not far from our local tip by some dirty fly tipper - UK meaning ( a person who deliberately dumps rubbish in an unauthorized place )
I thought it would be interesting to turn, so I cleaned up their mess and took it home , it wasn't too bad to turn but the sanding took twice as long as the turning. I was really pleased with how it turned out and glad I kept it natural and didn't add any resin, which is always tempting with something like this.. I finished it with Danish oil as usual..
