Beware Budget B660 Boards! Testing the ASUS TUF B660M-E and ASROCK B660M PRO RS

We got hold of two decent looking budget B660 mATX motherboards, and tested them with an i5 and an i7 CPU. The ASUS B660M-E Holds up well to testing, but something's up with the ASRock Pro RS....

Edit: ASRock support have replied and stated that this board should apply Intels 117W/65W PL2 and PL1 limits to Non K CPUs by default, and that you can manually raise them. However this isn't working for us and the i5-12600 remains limited to 85W. We're eager to hear your experiences in the comments below!
