"Pareto's Principle" named after the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, suggested by Joseph Juran, helps in identifying and differentiating the productive team from the non-productive ones. Though there are practical limitations to this rule, but still it is used on larger scale in most of the industries to improve performance.
