Max30102 Arduino Oximeter - In this tutorial, you will learn how to make the Max30102 Pulse Oximeter with Arduino and display the Heart Rate and Blood Oxygen on a 128 x 32 blue monochrome OLED. The Heart rate or Pulse rate or Heartbeat is measured in BPM which is also known as the beats per minute while the Blood Oxygen Concentration is measured in percentage ( SpO2).
All the materials can be easily bought online or from electronic shops and assembly is easy.
So, basically the max30102 is a Pulse Oximetry and heart rate monitoring sensor which is used to check the health of a person with any condition that affects blood oxygen levels and BPM such as:
• Heart Attack
• Heart failure
• Lungs Cancer
• Asthma etc.
MAX30102 is an upgraded version of the MAX30100 and offers more accurate results.
The code is a modified version of the example code for MAX30102
