Real Estate Wholesaling for Beginners | Investor Secrets to Make $$$
One of my favorite new property investing strategies is wholesaling real estate so I reached out to Sharon Vornholt for this exclusive interview on how to get started real estate wholesaling with no money.
Sharon shares her entire process from finding properties to finding buyers and how she makes up to $10,000 for every deal she closes…and at a rate of one or two houses a month, real estate wholesaling can easily become a six-figure income.
We go into the details in the video but real estate wholesaling is finding a property and agreeing to buy it from the owner. Before you close on the house and actually take possession, you find a buyer that is willing to pay you more. You have your buyer sign on the same day you buy it from the original owner for an instant profit.
Wholesaling real estate is like extreme flipping! You don’t need cash or credit to do it and it fits great with some of the other real estate investing strategies we’ve talked about on the channel. As long as you get the house at a good price, even if you can’t find an immediate buyer, you can always turn the house into a rental property for cash flow.
