1. First, do separate mother rabbit and her baby from other rabbits. meaning we have to put it in a separate place. While male rabbits and others must we move to another place or cage.
2. Second, put the baby rabbit in a special place but still reachable by its mother in order to continue to breastfeed. A simple example is to put a baby rabbit in a cardboard box arranged in such a way. Do not forget to give a clean cloth base so that the rabbit is comfortable and not cold because the baby rabbit does not have fur.
3. If you find scattered fur do not be surprised. The fur is deliberately pulled out by its mother to warm or as a blanket for baby rabbits. So do not throw it away but move it to the baby or cardboard box earlier.
4. At night give a cover to the rabbit cage so that the baby rabbit is not cold from the nighttime weather. You can give him plastic, sack or other as a cage cover.
5. Check the baby rabbit in the morning to make sure the mother has breastfeeded it. Touch the baby's stomach if it feels warm, meaning it has been fed by its mother. Usually mother rabbits have their own breastfeeding schedules. Around midnight and morning. If the mother rabbit does not want to feed her, then you can bring the mother rabbit closer to her baby so she wants to feed her by stroking the head of the mother to remain calm.
6. Give more and nutritious food to the mother rabbits that have just given birth to restore energy and prevent dehydration. Because if there is stress then the baby rabbit could die because of its mother. Remember that rabbits are cannibal animals.
7. Rabbits like clean places, so clean leftovers to avoid stressed rabbits.
