Watch me destroy my back by overboarding my kitchen ceiling by myself. Further progress on the kitchen refurb and renovation project, if you're interested in seeing the world's most amateurish plasterboard cutting then this is the video for you! Having hefted these boards and fixed them myself I would heartily recommend that you don't do this by yourself, it's a two person job.
