How to Add and Setup YouTube Video Upload Defaults For Your Channel
Upload defaults are pre-selected settings that are applied to all of your web uploads based on your selections. You can choose default settings for the privacy of your videos, the category they're in, the title, tags, comments, language, and more.
Default upload settings only have an effect on videos that are uploaded through a web browser to / upload . If you post videos through a mobile app, Hangout On Air, or video editor, they will not conform to your default settings. Choose the default upload settings
Log in to YouTube Studio.
From the left panel, select Settings.
Choose the default upload method.
Choose your default settings in the Basic information and Advanced settings tabs.
Click Save.
