It's probably worth mentioning that the footage shown is shot on an iPhone 11 Pro with only the sun for lighting and a shower curtain as a diffuser :)
In this EXTREME tutorial we go through how to create a quick orange and teal look through Lumetri inside Adobe AE & Pr. Obviously this is speed mode aimed at vlogging and so on rather than a meticulous look at colour correction. I've included the full steps below.
STEP BY STEP
1. Apply the effect “Lumetri” to your footage.
2. Scroll down the “HSL Secondary” tab. Use the “set color” colour picker to select your subject's skin tone.
3. Toggle “show mask”.
4. Expand the Hue, Saturation and Lightness sliders until you’ve isolated the skin tone without involving the background.
5. Now to refine your selection blur it by no more than 5.
6. Now invert the mask.
7. Scroll down to temperate and back that off a little bit. Bring the tint down a little too.
8. Last but not least back that saturation off a tad.
9. Untoggle "show mask"
