BLENDER: PRINTER (MODELING)
This is the first of two or three videos in which we get to modeling the PRINTER. I am using an image by Pawel Dudek:

A couple of points I would like to make about modeling in general and this model in particular. It is good practice to make a copy of an object you are going to destructively work on. So in this case, when I make the knife cuts to create the indents or grooves, it would be a good idea to copy the base object and practice on it. And with respect to those indents/grooves, you may want to make them a bit thinner than I did here so all of the pieces of the top and bottom appear to fit together a little tighter.
Alright, we are off to a pretty good start. In the next video, we may have some tweaking of what we have already done and then we will go on with more modeling.
