Microsoft Word: How To Hyperlink An Email Address In Word | 365 |

This is a video tutorial on how to hyperlink an email address in a Microsoft Word document. I will be using Word 365 on a desktop PC for this.

Simple Steps
1. Open your Word Document.
2. Highlight the text that you want to hyperlink.
3. Click on the "Insert" tab.
4. Click on the "Link" tab.
5. Click on "Insert Link".
6.. In The Left Pane, make sure "E-mail Address" Is selected.
7. In the "E-Mail Address" field type the email that you want to hyperlink.
8. Make certain that the "Text To Display" field looks correct.
9. Click on "Ok".
