With the Black Armory DLC, there are some new mods available from ADA-1 in the tower. ADA-1 has a total of 6 new mods that you can purchase. They do cost quite a bit, however, and much like with Spider, the cost does go up with each subsequent purchase until the next daily reset. Each mod will require mod components, and black armory schematics.
Black Armory Schematics can be obtained by dismantling Black Armory weapons that you obtain via the forge. If you're running low on mod components, you can buy them directly from ADA-1, or use this method:

Here are the mods you can get from ADA-1, from best to worst IMO
1. RAMPAGE SPEC: Increases duration of Rampage from approx 3.5 seconds to 4.5 seconds
2. SURROUNDED SPEC: Increases the damage granted by Surrounded. Bonus damage lingers for a brief time when no longer surrounded by three or more enemies.
3. SPRINT GRIP: Temporarily increases the weapon's ready speed and aim down sights speed after sprinting.
4. DRAGONFLY SPEC: Increases the radius and damage of Dragonfly.
5. QUICK ACCESS SLING: Swap weapons much faster for a short duration after emptying the magazine
6. RADAR BOOSTER: Slightly increases the range at which radar detects enemies
