Ingredients:
Beef (tenderloin) - 1 kg
Salt - 1 kg
Spices for meat - 3 tablespoons
Pepper mixture - 1 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Cover the beef with salt, salt and refrigerate for 5 days.
