We check the two-month baby on the level of speech and motor development.
The test is designed specifically for each age and consists of 10 tasks, each of which is estimated at 2 points, so the total score should be 20 points at the end of the tasks.
If 1-2 tests are not performed, we recommend to observe 1 month and check again, if more than 2, then a neurological program of skills development in a child is recommended.
So, what we are checking is: reactions to light and sound, tactile stimuli and vibration, the beginning of verbal communication, the holding of a pose, hands, emotions.
Early testing of an infant will help avoid subsequent autism, delayed speech, perinatal encephalopathy, cognitive impairment, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and developmental delays.
It is recommended that the test be carried out in a calm environment by contacting the baby after feeding or sleeping. Testing is best done in 1-2 months before vaccination, DTP, polio, Pentaxim, Infanrix. On examination, a neurologist will check your baby once.
