Welcome to my garage gym tour!
When we moved to this house, and I realized it was a 30 minute drive to the closest gym... as an entrepreneur who works from home, has 2 kids, I knew I needed to create my own space, purely for efficiency of time.
I started on the space last April, and slowly painted the walls, got the flooring done, and purchased equipment one by one, not all at once.
Honestly, the best thing about this space is being able to workout and have my toddler running around, lifting her plastic weights with me, (then watching the Wiggles when she gets bored so I can finish lol). I always make sure to be safe when she is around FYI. It's not optimal for a 10/10 workout, but they are memories I will always have.
Most of what I bought was from Rogue, as I knew if I was going to built this space, I wanted to do it right... But there are a few pieces of equipment that I just got from Facebook Marketplace, and it gets the job done.
