Are you looking for a new movie to help you practice your French? Perhaps even one that you can watch with your kids or grandchildren? Today’s recommendation is for you!

In today’s lesson, we’ll watch the trailer for the brand new film based on a popular animated TV series: “Miraculous, les aventures de Ladybug et Chat Noir” — though you may know it as “Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir”.

Set in Paris, the “Miraculous Ladybug” franchise has become popular all around the world. The series is currently streaming on Disney+ in the United States, and the movie will soon be available on Netflix.

In this video, we’ll talk about the series and its upcoming film, watch the movie’s trailer together, and I’ll break down some of the vocabulary and cultural insight to help you improve your fluency right away.
