#20 junit platform properties file [Parallel Execution]: Enabling us to run tests in parallel

Goals:
1. Run tests in parallel.
So that the total execution time does not deteriorate when more tests are added.
And so that one day, we could run them in CI with our application under test.
So that our framework encourages us to write more tests, rather than
discourage us from writing new tests.
Objectives:
1. Add capabilities to run tests in parallel.
What's next?
Run these tests in CI.
