Build REST API Using Node.js, Express and MongoDB
In this video we are going to build a REST API using Node.js, Express and MongoDB. These API will be called by our Internet of Things(IOT) projects.
REST (Representation State Transfer) or RESTful API architectural style uses HTTP request to manipulate any server resources. In this tutorial, we are building our own RESTful application that will allow us to initiate a CRUD (Create/Read/Update/Delete) operation with our database. We are using Node.js, Express and MongoDB Atlas in creating our REST API server.
