President Joe Biden visits San Diego to campaign for incumbent Rep. Mike Levin, D-49, on Thursday.

Polls show that Levin is vulnerable, and his loss could give control of the House of Representatives to Republicans and make Rep. Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield the next speaker.

The 49th Congressional District straddles North San Diego and South Orange counties.
