We were joined in London by Danielle Brown, gold medal winning archer at the 2008 and 2012 Paralympics.
Danielle discusses her incredible journey, from starting archery at age 15 to being at the world championships four years later. She went on to win two golds at the Paralympics before being the first Para athlete to represent England in an able-bodied discipline, winning gold in the team event at the Commonwealth Games.
Danielle has written a book for pre-teens “Be Your Best Self: Life Skills For Unstoppable Kids” on how to practice ‘goal setting, growth mindset, perseverance, getting organised and learning to fail well’, and also works to train companies on disability and inclusion.
