AIRBUS A300 GO AROUND, Touch & GO and Landing - A300 Training Session with 12 Approaches (4K)
This Airbus A300 of DHL Airways performed 12 Touch and Goes and 2 Go Arounds at Leipzig to train new pilots. The Airbus started at around 12:00 and did multiple training approaches until 4pm. They even stopped on the ground after 6 touch and goes to switch the entire crew. Quite awesome to see this classic Airbus A300 perform that many training approaches right in front of me. I tried to vary the locations where I filmed the Airbus a bit but I didn` t have that many opportunities because the sun was shining and I only have two locations where I can film on the southern side of the runway.
The A300 is the biggest fleet member of the german DHL fleet and they are used for flights within europe. Mainly they operate at night but today I had a nice opportunity to film the A300 during daylight. They also operate lots of Boeing 757s.
