Soothing ASMR Reflexology + Kinesiology for Anxiety | Unintentional ASMR Real Person
Dear Anna travelled all the way from Denmark for a morning of treatments! After a kore therapy, Anna enjoyed this Swiss Reflex treatment then to top the morning off, she experienced an Indian Head Massage, that you'll see on this channel in a couple of weeks! Anna divulged that anxiety can present itself in her life at times, plus an occasional cough was annoying her at the moment. We discussed some self help techniques including breathwork, then checked out the feet for areas that needed some help. After a little kinesiology to assess which essential oils would help her today, I blended the mix and applied to the feet and ankles for an ultra relaxing episode of reflexology followed by some massage and Brazilian Toe Technique. Bliss!
