Overall, the market is settling nicely. Both sellers and buyers are embracing the current market state. Although homes are sitting on the market longer, buyers are out there as evident by the increase in the homes sold. There is always a high demand on Oahu but not enough inventory which is reflected by the increase in the median sale price.
