How To Animate On Scroll In Webflow (Lottie File)
Today, I am going to show you how you can animate your LottieFiles on scroll in Webflow. This is a great way to bring your site to life and will only take a few minutes to set up!
Creating scroll animations is one of the easiest ways to take your website to the next level. Whenever I am on a site and the site breathes as I scroll through the page I always think to myself "dang, this is very well made". You may think that this type of animation is only for the experts to build on their sites, that it must be too difficult to implement on your own site without knowing how to write js. You would be wrong!
We are going to create scroll animations today in two steps: 1) Finding a free Lottie file to use on our site at LottieFiles.com and 2) creating a page scroll interaction on that Lottie file that plays your animation as you scroll up and down the page.
LottieFiles.com is my go-to resource when I need free animations on my site. They have an extensive collection of free animations that you can use for your own sites. Sometimes, when I am stuck in my creative design process, I take a quick trip down the Lottie Files collection to spark ideas and lead me in the right direction.
