EasyFarm Transaction Tips & Tricks
Here are a few tips & tricks for when you enter EasyFarm transactions.
To edit the Transaction Preferences in EasyFarm, click on Edit, then preferences, then transaction preferences.
Or, while on the transaction screen, click on the gold star.
Here, you will find multiple ways to customize the way you see the data in the transaction screen.
To sort the transactions, click on the column you would like to sort by.
For example, clicking on the “date” column will sort the dates earliest to latest, and if it is clicked again, from latest to earliest.
Sometimes you will find an error after you have put in a checking entry. You can change any of the necessary information at any time.
Let’s suppose that we made a mistake entering the dollar amount on check # 1002 to Jack’s Seed Company.
To select the transaction in the register to be modified, place your cursor and double click on it.
Notice the check to Jack’s Seed is now restored to the check screen.
Here you can change anything on the check. Or, click on the Edit button at the lower right to edit and change the account information.
After making changes, it will be necessary to save the transaction.
