What is Female Infertility?
As Per WHO:- Infertility is a Disease of the male or female reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse.
Par Aaj kal hume kuch different scenario dekhne ko milte hai jaise ki late marriages (30-35+ of Age) hone ke wajah se ye time 12 months ki jagah 6 month or more ho jata hai.
Ab hum jaante hai ki female infertility ke kya karan hote hai?

Ovarian Factors :- Ovary ka main purpose egg ko prepare karna hota hai, agar ye process properly nhi ho pata hai to infertility hone ka risk hota hai. Ye kayi tarah se ho sakta hai :-
Premature Ovarian insufficiency
PCOD or PCOS
Disruption in Hormones released by hypothalamus-pituitary axis
Hyperprolactinemia (Due to Stress)
Tubal Factors:- Uterus or Ovary ka jo tract hota hai use hum Tube kehte hai yaha pe sperm or egg ka fertilization hota hai ya jise hum embryo formation bhi kehte hai. Agar kisi wajah se tube mai koi problem hai jaise ki vo chipka hai ya fir koi blockage ya partial blockage hai to fertilized egg uterus tak pahuch hi nahi payega or ye chances bhi hote hai ki baby ka formation tube m hi start ho jaaye ye maa ke liye ek bahut risky situation hoti hai jise hum Ectopic Pregnancy bhi kehte hain.
Uterine Factors:- Uterus ya jise hum bachadani bhi kehte hain usme bhi kayi problems ho sakti hai jo ki mahilaon mai infertility ka karan ban sakti hai jaise ki.
Uterine Fibroids - They are the benign tumors of the uterus. kya fibroid se banjhpan badhta hai, to ye totally depend karta hai ki ye tumor kitne size ka hai or kaha placed hai.
Agar uterine cavity mai polyps hai to ye bhi banjhpan ka karan ho sakta hai.
Adenomyosis - Swelling in the uterus.
Hormonal Factors - ye factors hormonal hote hai ye kayi types mai hume dekhne ko mil sakta hai :-
Uterine Malformation
Endometriosis
